The next flight connected us from London (UK) to Pisa (Italy). We endured the three hour long flight. On the plane it was possible to see the Leaning tower of Pisa. To make a side comment, the food that we know as pizza comes from this city. Once landed our next transportation was the train known as the “Italy Train”. Riding this train for an hour we were able to see the country side of Italy. Italy has mountains of green carpeted lands and several wine trees.
We passed a lot of towns such as Pontedera, Casciano, Miniato, Fucecchio, Empoli, Montelupo, Capraiano, Signa, Le piagge and finally to “Firenze” (Florence).
We arrived at the Central terminal called "Maria di Novella". Here we were received by our ISA tour guide and immediately greeted us with a big smile and said “chao” (which means hi or bye). All of us were super excited that we have finally reached our destination. Looking at the first church we saw how old and artistic it was, we know how much history this place had.
The placed we resided was called “Hotel La Residenza” (meaning hotel of the residence). This placed is on a street called Tonarbouni named after a rich prince merchant long ago. This street has old huge building showing the architecture of the time it was created and preserving the artistic details.
